Hypnotherapy is a way to fix problems via hypnosis such as stopping bad habits like smoking or losing weight. You use hypnosis to become very relaxed and literally envision youself quitting smoking or becoming healthier/happier. This is known as highway hypnosis and is also a way to relax before you go to bed. Almost everyone experiences highway hypnosis each night before they fall asleep.
